Intelligent control scheme of MM32F0010 series MCU TWS earphone charging box

With the rapid development of the true wireless stereo(TWS)headset market,users'requirements for headset battery life and charging experience are increasing.As the"energy station"of headphones,the charging box not only carries the functions of storing and charging electricity,but also needs accurate power management,status indication and intelligent control.Therefore,MM32F0010 series MCU microcontroller introduced by Smart Microelectronics,with its high performance,low power consumption and rich peripheral interfaces,has become the ideal core of TWS earphone box charging and discharging management and system control.
 
MM32F0010 series MCU microcontroller is based on Arm®Cortex-M0 core,with a maximum frequency of 48MHz,equipped with 16KB Flash and 2KB SRAM,and achieves excellent computing and storage capabilities in a compact package.The MCU microcontroller has a wide working voltage range of 2.0V-5.5V,and supports multiple power-saving modes,which significantly prolongs the overall battery life of the charging box.At the same time,the chip provides QFN20,TSSOP20,SOP8 and other packages to adapt to the development of charging boxes with different sizes and design requirements.
 
MM32F0010 series MCU microcontrollers provide industrial temperature range from-40℃to 85℃,and can be extended to-40℃to 105℃(V suffix model)to ensure the stable operation of the charging box in various environments.The built-in 16-bit general timer,advanced timer,I2C,SPI,UART and other communication interfaces of MCU microcontroller provide sufficient space for system function expansion.
 
Functions of Smart MM32F0010 Series MCU Microcontrollers
1.Accurate power management:MCU microcontroller monitors the voltage and quantity of lithium battery in real time through 12-bit high-precision ADC,and cooperates with power management IC to realize safe charge and discharge control,and has over-voltage protection(OVP)mechanism to ensure the long-term stable operation of the battery.
2.Flexible status indication:The timer and GPIO are used to control three LED indicators,which can realize diversified visual prompts such as charging progress and power status,and improve the user interaction experience.
3.Intelligent communication control:With the help of UART interface,MCU can communicate with headphones in a single line to obtain the information of the left and right ear power,realize independent charging management and power synchronization,and avoid uneven power of both ears.
4.Automatic charging control:MCU microcontroller realizes the intelligent process of automatic charging when the earphone is put in and entering deep sleep after being fully charged by detecting the Hall switch signal.
